Please go back to the device where you wanted to use the USB adapter. On the other hand, if other device/s the router, then router is working.Ģ. If other device/s cannot see the wireless router same with the USB adapter, I can say that the router needs to be check.
Please another wireless device on your home like laptop or gadgets and check if they can see your wireless router and get connected. Make sure the wireless router is working.
But if the device is not properly installed, that might be the reason why you cannot scan or recognize your wifi. USB Dongle or Adapter helps a computer to connect via wifi.
